ECOURSES:

Widow's Fire offers Users access to free and paid eCourses. eCourses refers to self-guided and interactive course content available on and accessible from Widow's Fire. All Users who participate in eCourses offered by Widow's Fire do so on a completely voluntary basis. Widow's Fire provision of eCourses is based solely on Widow's Fire discretion.

By registering for a paid eCourse, the user authorizes Widow's Fire to charge the Users’ credit card or PayPal the associated fee for the event. Users who are unable to access an eCourse because of issues related to User phone, Internet, or personal computer issues are not eligible for refunds of fee-based eCourses. Additionally, refunds are given to Users who cancel their eCourse registration prior to starting the eCourse they are registered for. Refunds are not given to Users who are dissatisfied with an eCourse.

Users who register for participation in an eCourse must provide a valid email address and create an account with the Widow's Fire. Widow's Fire will keep all registered Users’ email addresses and account information private. Through registration for access to an eCourse provided by Widow's Fire all Users agree and understand that Widow's Fire may contact said Users using the email address provided at the time of registration.

eCourses provided on Widow's Fire are provided on an “AS-IS” basis and are not intended to be, in any way, a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, medical treatment, or psychotherapy. USER CONDUCT:

Users shall use Widow's Fire for lawful purposes only. Users shall not post or transmit through Widow's Fire any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law, or which contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services.

Any conduct by a User that in the sole discretion of Widow's Fire restricts or inhibits any User, Member, or Facility from using or enjoying Widow's Fire will not be permitted. Users shall not use Widow's Fire to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation, including, but not limited to, the solicitation of users to become users of other on-line information services competitive with Widow's Fire.

User shall not upload, post, or otherwise make available on Widow's Fire any material protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights without the express permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right and the burden of determining that any material is not protected by copyright rests with User. User shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission.

MONITORING:

Widow's Fire shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of Widow's Fire, including all submissions, to determine compliance with this Agreement. Widow's Fire shall have the right in its sole discretion to refuse to post, or remove any material submitted to or posted on Widow's Fire. Without limiting the foregoing, Widow's Fire shall have the right to remove any material that Widow's Fire in its sole discretion finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable.

Widow's Fire does not endorse the content on any third-party websites. Widow's Fire is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites, sites framed within Widow's Fire, or third-party advertisements, and does not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy. In no event will Widow's Fire, or any person or entity involved in creating, producing, or distributing Widow's Fire, be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use Widow's Fire. User hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content of Widow's Fire.

In addition to the foregoing, neither Widow's Fire, nor its affiliates, will be liable regardless of the cause or duration, for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other defects in, or untimeliness, or unauthenticity of, the information contain within Widow's Fire, or for any delay or interruption in the transmission thereof to the User, or for any claims or losses arising therefrom or occasioned thereby. INDEMNIFICATION:

User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Widow's Fire, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of the use of Widow's Fire by User.
